Target audience desperate for a place
The staff here really tried! Even helped me through some issues with my room situation, it felt human. I was grateful when they were quick to respond to my requests for clean towels.
It was pricey, not exactly a bargain for what I got.

The floors were dirty, and I found hair on the shower curtain, which was quite off-putting. The staff seemed indifferent when I mentioned my concerns, which didn't add to a positive experience. Overall, the cleanliness issue and lack of customer care were disappointing.
